General Information:♦ Please ensure to use an email address which you regularly use for contact purposes.♦ Commissions are for personal use only.♦ Inquiries regarding commercial usage may be submitted to me via email.♦ Commission slots are not first come, first serve.♦ Submission of a request via email or form does not guarantee a slot.♦ If you have a specific deadline or file size requirements,
please inform me via email or commission form.♦ Commissions are not to be used to train AI.
Payment & Refunds:♦ Payments are delivered up front in full via Paypal invoice.
Please do not send funds to my contact email.♦ I retain the right to decline and refund your commission at my discretion,
at any time.♦ Refunds may be requested if I have not yet started working on your commission.♦ I will no longer provide refunds after a sketch has been provided.♦ Completed commissions are non refundable under any circumstances.
♦ The following may incur additional charges:
❖ Complex or detailed character designs, attire, backgrounds,
subject matter, etc.
❖ Excessive edits after a sketch has been approved.
❖ Variants (ie: outfits, pose changes, additions, etc.)
❖ Character design
❖ Private Commissions (work that is requested to not be posted to any social media / websites.)
❖ Priority / rush
Process:♦ Fill out the commission form or email me at:
[email protected]♦ If your commission is accepted, you'll receive an email back from me as confirmation, as well as any questions I may have.
❖ Please provide clear, well lit references of your character(s).
Reference sheets or character turnarounds are strongly encouraged if you have them!❖ Please also provide any pose references and/or outfits and hairstyles if you have something specific in mind. (If you do not submit any, I will assume I have free reign.)
♦ I will submit an invoice for the full payment up front via Paypal.
♦ After payment, I will send a rough sketch (or sketches, if applicable) for approval.
❖ Adjustments to the pose / characters are allowed at this stage.❖ Please do not hesitate to clarify or discuss changes with me in this stage! It's easiest to make adjustments here, as changes later in the
clean up phase is more difficult to adjust and will incur an extra fee.❖ No refunds are accepted after a sketch has been provided.
♦ Once a sketch is approved, I will finish the remainder of the commission.
❖ I may contact you again for additional approval if necessary.❖ Minor color adjustments may be made without incurring a fee.
♦ The completed work will be sent to you via email.♦ Full resolution files are provided, as well as any resized files upon request.
Turn Around Time:♦ Turn around time for commission completion may vary depending on my current workload. It can vary anywhere from a week up to a month.♦ I will be in touch with you, if something prevents me from completing your commission within a timely manner.
Copyright & Usage:♦ I retain the right to post your commission to my websites / portfolios / social media, in addition to the right to use your commission for promotional examples unless
other terms were discussed previously.♦ My works are prohibited from being:
❖ used for monetary gain (unless commercial rights are negotiated)
❖ used for crypto exchange
❖ minted or sold as NFTs
❖ used for AI image generation or training
❖ altered without consent
